HOW TO CARE FOR

Any globes which appear during the first year should be removed in order for the energy of the plant to go into making a strong plant.

HOW TO HARVEST

If growing for the flowers, leave alone. If you are wanting to harvest the globes for the kitchen. Cut the globes when they are large but still unopened, leave around 3in of stem attached to the globe when you harvest.
