Making Lentil and Sausage Casserole

You will need 10 Chipolata sausages, 1 Pepper, Half a Courgette, 10 Cherry Tomatoes, Sprigs of Thyme, 250g Pre-Cooked Puy Lentils, 150ml Chicken Stock.

Heat frying pan adding a little oil; add the sausages, cooking for 4 minutes (or until done); add the vegetables and cook until they soften; add the lentils and stock then cook for 5 minutes. Done.
